What is the timer range for the Recloser (ANSI 79) protection function of the Sepam Relay Series 20, 40 and 80?

The Reclaim time ranges from 0.1 seconds to 300 seconds. The reclaim time is a timer activated after a closing command is given causing the recloser to sends a tripping command if a fault is detected before the end of the time delay.
The Blocking time ranges from 0.1 seconds to 60 seconds. The blocking time is a timer activated when a condition such as "recloser out of service", "breaker failure", etc... is detected causing the recloser to block the recloser protection function until the end of the time delay.
The Dead time ranges from 0.1 seconds to 300 seconds. The dead time is a timer activated following instantaneous or time-delayed tripping by the protection unit and sends a closing command after the end of the time delay.
