Can not access the Webpage of EGX200 or EGX400 from Internet Explorer

Issue
Can not access the Webpage of EGX200 or EGX400 from Internet Explorer. 

Product Line
EGX 200 and EGX 400

Cause
User can not login to the webpage of EGX 200 and EGX 400 when using Internet Explorer 11

Environment
User can not get the login screen when they enter correct IP address of EGX 200 or EGX 400

Resolution 
1) EGX 200 and EGX 400 is supported with Internet Explorer version 7,8,9 and 10. (Internet Explorer 11 is supported in compatibility view)

2) If that still doesn't work then try to power cycle the EGX and try again. 

NOTE: Changing compatibility view setting is different depending on version of Internet Explorer. For example, to add site in compatibility view in IE 9,10 and 11, follow steps below: 
 

  1. Open the desktop, and then tap or click the Internet Explorer icon on the task bar.

  2. Tap or click the Tools button Tools, and then tap or click Compatibility View settings.
  3. Under Add this website, enter the URL of the site you want to add to the list, and then tap or click Add.
