Internet explorer displays a blank screen when the SMS web client is opened and/or Advanced Reports displays same screen for create and view/schedule

Causes and Fixes

This is caused by using a non-supported version of Internet Explorer. IE7 is the newest version of Internet Explorer that is supported. If you are using IE8 or IE9 it is possible that by placing the browser into compatibility view the error will be resolved. To do this:
Click Tools > compatibility view settings and add the SMSWEB website or click "Display all websites in Compatibility View"

Another possibility is the Active X controls are disabled. To enable them click Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites (If the SMSWEB website is not in this list, add it) > Select Enable or prompt for ALL Active X controls
