Goals and Symptoms
When viewing a EPSS report, it returns the error "No Data Available".
The data has been verified to be in the database by running a Basic Table report.
The computer name has been recently changed
Causes and Fixes
The computer name has been changed
1. Close any Advanced Reports windows
2. Open the following file in notepad: \POWERLOGIC\Advanced Reports\WebContent\epss.xml
3. At the bottom of the file, modify the line '<DBConnectioString>Server=' to use the new computer name. In this example, 2PHTVH1 is the old computer name and needs to be updated.
4. Save the changes.
5. Re-run the EPSS report.
