Goals and Symptoms
In System Manager Software (SMS) Setup Utility, no tables are listed when going to Display->Tables.
Causes and Fixes
The user on the server must be a Power User or Administrator in order to view these tables. Alternately, the user account needs access to the PowerLogic\SMS\Tables folder.
Grant user access to the PowerLogic\SMS\Tables folder
1) Navigate to PowerLogic\SMS\Tables\ and right-click the Tables folder, select Properties
2) Go to the Security tab
3) Click Add, and find the user on the PC
4) After adding the user, give the user Read, Write, and Modify permission on the folder
5) Click Advanced, check the box next to "Replace permission entries on all child objects with entries shown here that apply to child objects"
6) Click Apply
