If one device has a timestamp of 8:00:00am and the other device assigned to the virtual source has a timestamp of 8:00:01am the virtual meter will not totalize at 8:00:00am because the virtual meter sees the second timestamp as a gap in the data. Make sure that jitter correction is turned on for the sources to make sure that all the timestamps will be on the hour readings in the virtual source. Jitter Correction can be turned on in the ION EEM Admin Tool under the Data Import page.
