SMS Web Client is Blank or Won't Load Properly in Mozilla Firefox - Setting Internet Explorer as Default Web Browser - Supported Web Browsers

Per System Manager Software (SMS) product documentation, Netscape and Mozilla Firefox are not supported browsers for using the PowerLogic Web interface. The user must use Internet Explorer Version 5.5 SP2 or later.
Making Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.x Default Browser:



1. Open Control Panel and double-click Internet Options.
2. Click the Programs tab.
3. Click to select the Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser check box.
4. Click OK.
5. Start Internet Explorer and when prompted to make it the default browser, click Yes.

Making Internet Explorer 7.x Default Browser:

1. Open Control Panel and double-click Internet Options.
2. Click the Programs tab.
3. Click the Make Default button in the middle of the window.
4. Click OK.
