Advanced Reports (AR) does not support CSV format for reports with cross-tabs. It causes an error: Crystal Reports: Print Engine Error

Cause:
Advanced Reports uses Crystal Enterprise 10 and it does not support exporting reports to CSV (Character-Separated Values) format when the report has cross-tabs (table) controls. Tables like the 100msec report, all Usage Reports, and Table Reports use cross-tabs. Because of this, scheduling a report and selecting the format of the report to Character-separated Values (csv) will cause the following error "Crystal Reports: Print Engine Error".

Solution:
Select Microsoft Excel as the format then convert the Excel file to a CSV in Excel.

Note: CSV file format refers to "Character-Separated Values" in Crystal Reports and "Comma Separated Values" (or Variables) in Microsoft Excel.
