Can not preview or print PowerLogic System Reports in System Manager Software (SMS) when clicking on the preview button. Nothing happens!

This behavior occurs when there is no default printer set up on the machine attempting to run the System Report. To resolve this issue add any printer or printer driver. The printer does not have to be physically connected.
