Goals and Symptoms
When trying to open WebReach, the user may get the error page shown below in the screen capture.
Facts and Changes
KeywordsHTTP Error 403.1
Causes and Fixes
The problem is with the "execute permissions" for WebReach, which must be allowed to run scripts and executables for proper operation.
In IIS, go to the properties of the site, and make sure the "Execute Permissions" is set to "Scripts and Executables" and not "None".
