Goals and Symptoms
What could cause a red I/O fault on the QEIO Drop 140CRA31200 card?
Causes and Fixes
There are three reasons why you would get a red I/O fault LED on the 140CRA31200 drop card while getting a solid green LED on (RUN, Mod Status and Net Status):
1) Defective I/O module.. No Active LED (See Note#2 below - External error is detected).
2) I/O Module is missing from Unity project drop I/O map.
3) I/O Modules is in the wrong drop I/O map location.
