Issue with 3rd Party HART Devices when Ethernet Connection broken to NIM

Goals and Symptoms

Broken connection that occurs on the NIM may cause Unity Pro, Fieldcare and Pactware to completely hang up when using some 3rd party specific Device DTMs

Causes and Fixes

Schneider Electric is not responsible for the behavior of 3rd party specific Device DTMs and our recommendations will be to get DTM version improvement from the 3rd party Device manufacturer or to use the Schneider Electric generic HART DTM which may have some unsupported features.
