Transferring the authorization to a USB stick returns an error 'COMPO NOT FOUND'

Causes and Fixes

Transferring the authorization to a USB stick causes the error 'COMPO NOT FOUND' to get returned.

The issue can be corrected by using the following steps.

  • Down load the attached file named 'saAuthor.zip'
  • Extract the file to a temporary folder.
  • Open the C:\ProWORX\32 folder.
  • Copy the the extracted file named ' SaAuthor.exe' into the folder replacing the previous version.
