The Knowledge Base is a user-defined library of accumulated process experience relating to a specific project. You can use the Knowledge Base as either a reference guide or a maintenance record repository. To open the Knowledge Base click on Project then Knowledge Base. A new entry can include the Author, the Problem, the Solution as well as an Image. Once you save the new entry, a Date/Time stamp is automatically entered and recorded. You also have options to Delete entries, Edit entries and Print the Knowledge Base.
