The NOE's health bit doesn't change state if the Ethernet cable is disconnected from
a device that is being scanned using the IO scanner.

The '140NOE771xx' module works as designed. If the IO Scanner's 'Health Timeout' is defined as zero,
neither the applicable health bit in the device control block's 4x word or the displayed status indication
shown in the IO scanner web page will change state when the Ethernet cable is disconnected from a
device that is being scanned using the IO scanner. When the 'Health Timeout' is defined as zero, the
health bit will change to a value of 1 when the NOE is started with the Ethernet cable connected. It will
stay at that vlaue until the PLC is restarted.
If you want the health bit to detect the cable disconnect from the IO scanned device, define the 'Health
Timeout' with a value other than zero.
