The Internet Explorer window gets closed when a web page for a 'TSXETZ510' Ethernet module is
opened and the web page contains a Java applet.

This problem will occur on a TSXETZ510 module that has Exec Firmware version 1.8 and above.

it from 'http://java.com/en/' and install it.

  • Click on the 'Advanced' tab in the 'Internet Options' window.

  • Scroll down and locate the line for Java(Sun)

  • Click on the checkbox next to the item labeled 'Use JRE 1.6.0 for (applet ).... ' to select it.
  • Click on the 'Apply' button in the 'Internet Options' window.
  • Click on the 'OK' button in the 'Internet Options' window.
  • Close Internet Explorer and restart it.
