What are the limitations of the FactoryCast HMI 'Email' Service?

The maximum number of ‘Email’ services for the two module types (140NWM10000 and the TSXWMY100) is 2.
The maximum number of mails you can configure in the project is restricted to 100.
When the maximum number of mails is reached (e.g.: 100), no further messages can be stored.
The Email service is used to send an email when an alarm is triggered, when there is a change in the status of a variable, or a threshold is overrun. The Email service must not be used to support security functions.
The following fields are mandatory to record and save an email: Identifier, Trigger and Destination.

Additionally, Dynamic data can be included in the Email message. To include dynamic data, place brackets before and after the FactoryCast HMI variable name. If, for instance, you want to know the value of the "value1" variable created in the PLC service, simply write {plc.plc1.value1}. You can also include comments before and after the brackets.

Additionally, The maximum number of all services for a Quantum NWM module is 6 and the maximum number of all services for a Premium WMY module is 7.

WARNING :
Operation of the Email service The email service uses methods and technologies that are not realtime, and which in certain cases, are not able to guarantee good reception of information by the recipient. Avoid the use of this service for transmission of information of a critical nature concerning human and material safety. There is no confidentiality for data transmitted.
