Goals and Symptoms
VJD V4.4 - Picture (jpg) on an XBTGT application - The quality of the picture is very bad.
Facts and Changes
picture XBTGT quality display displaying XBTG screen photo image size VJD V4.4
Causes and Fixes
Prefer paste in Vijeo-Designer pictures in their original size (not less, not more). You will win in displaying quality, and will save size in your Vijeo-Designer project.
To do that, you can use (before inserting the pictures in the VJD application) another software such as paint for instance, and resize the image (using the function "zoom" of paint, resize the picture to the size you want, and record it. Then insert in VJD the image with the new size)
Example concerning a case quite similar :
"I have tested your photograph and I get the same bad displaying quality result when simulating on the PC.
Then I tried to open the photograph with paint, and I realized that the image size was very big (1Mb, 950*800).
Therefore, I decided to decrease the size of your photograph using software Paint (final size is 30% of original dipslayed size) and record it.
Then "copy" the image in Paint, and "paste" in Vijeo-Designer (the same photograph now is 90Kb).
The picture now is well displayed."
Don't forget that on XBTGT terminals, thanks to the quality of the screen, image displaying should very good !!
