Goals and Symptoms
This resolution describes the use of Phoenix Ethernet IO modules in a network mixed with Quantum and Momentum Ethernet devices.
Facts and Changes
The Phoenix FL IL24 BK ethernet I/O module was setup using the Phoenix Factory line IO configuration software. The module is similar in style as ourr Advantys modules. The module has a watchdog timer setup that stops the module if it loses communication for more the the set value. In this application it was 10 seconds. The module then has to be restarted before you can communicate with it again.
Causes and Fixes
In our testing we found that the module worked in our test environment and seemed to respond without any issues.
