When an over-utilized flag is received in the Resource Analysis, a build of your project will not be allowed. Therefore two options are available. One option is to create another island (requiring another NIM). The second option is to create an extension segment. Creating an extension segment requires an EOS (end of segment) module at the end of the primary or previous segment and a BOS (beginning of segment) module at the beginning of the extension segment. The BOS module would supply an additional 1.2 A for its segment. Up to six extension segments per island are allowed. Any module beyond the available logic power would not initialize.
