Goals and Symptoms
We need to use the AI (0-10v) and then change to the 4-20ma reference without stop the ATV11. Could anybody tell me how can be done this?
Causes and Fixes
We had never tested this mode, in fact the micro-controler command a resistor inside the inverter ( 250 Ohms ) when you choose 4-20 mA mode. I think it will possible if you put a resistor of 250 Ohms in // on 0v and AI1 when you will switch in 4-20 mA, the accuracy of this resistor is important for the speed precizion, but at this switching there will a short time to 0, I propose you to set a long DEC ramp to avoid passage to 0 Hz on the motor, of course depend to the application.
