Schneider Electric acknowledges the ruling of the Court of Justice of Luxemburg
Rueil-Malmaison (France), July 16, 2009 – Schneider Electric acknowledges today the decision of the Court of Justice of Luxemburg in its damage claim against the European Commission further to the prohibition of the merger with Legrand in 2001.
