TASA (2010 − 2012)

The 3-year TASA (Advanced Techniques for Active Systems) research project aimed to develop new techniques and best practices for the protection and measurement of electrical distribution network active systems, in order to:
- Optimize energy efficiency.
- Improve network quality.
- Reduce service interruption.

Funded by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Energy, and Tourism under the Avanza Competitividad subprogram (TSI-020100-2010-484), the project had a budget of €939K.

Partners: Telvent Energía, University of Granada, and University of Córdoba.
